GARDEN NOTES: I added H. 'Billy the Kid' to my collection in hopes of introducing some applique genetic material from Bill Maryott's hybridizing program. Of all of Bill's introductions that I have grown, this plus possibly 'Gobbledegook' are the best behaved. I am waiting to see if blooms of crosses with other of my appliques produce any keepers.
