Olympic Moon Shadow

Olympic Moon Shadow

Hemerocallis 'Olympic Moon Shadow' (2004) Tetraploid, Peach cream with washed plum eye above chartreuse throat, 34" scape, 4.75" flower, EM, Semi-evergreen, 4 branches, 20 buds, nocturnal/extended. (Uknown X H. 'Custard Candy'), Seedling #98-12.

Quietly understated, the flowers of H. 'Olympic Moon Shadow' make a refined appearance in the landscape. Although they open and show well in cooler weather, heat intensifies the narrow washed eye, the peach cream petals and yellow edge. Flowers are held well above the attractive foliage on well-branched scapes. Vigorous and increases well. The "unknown" parent is most likely H. 'Ed Brown'. Fertile both ways. .---$20.00.
